JOB RECRUITMENT: SENIOR TOUR OPERATOR (ENGLISH - FRENCH SPEAKING)

I. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supply Chain Management: Proactively source, survey, and negotiate contracts (Contract Rates) with high-end hotels, resorts, cruises, and restaurants nationwide. Ensure services meet the rigorous standards of English and French-speaking markets.
• Advanced Operations & Coordination: Execute bookings and supervise service delivery. Ensure 100% accuracy throughout the tour operation process. Handle on-tour contingencies swiftly and professionally.
• Costing Optimization: Develop program quotations for the Sales Department with the criteria: Most competitive pricing – Best service quality.
• Product Development (R&D): Research new destinations and diversify product offerings for the 2026 Inbound market.
• Training & Support: Provide professional internal training for interns/new employees and advise the Board of Directors on sustainable tourism trends.

II. REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Tour Operator or Product Developer (Preference given to candidates with experience in European Inbound markets).
• Languages: Proficient in both English and French (Fluent in communication and professional document drafting).
• Skills:
  • Masterful negotiation and bargaining skills.
  • Deep understanding of the culture and psychology of English/French-speaking customers.
  • Honest, straightforward, and possesses a scientific mindset for workload organization.
• Tools: Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
